Born in Toronto, trained in classical French cuisine, and deeply rooted in Latvian culture, Elmārs brings a truly international perspective to the kitchen.

A specially created 5-course dinner, inspired by the island’s atmosphere and seasonal ingredients. Expect deep flavors, unexpected combinations, and dishes you’ll be dreaming about long after the evening ends.

• Dinner only: €129 / person
• Dinner + accommodation package: from €199 / person
  (Includes 5-course dinner, overnight stay, breakfast, sauna, and welcome drink)

🗓️ Schedule:

• Boat departures from Virtsu: 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM
  (Exact times sent 6 days before the event)
• Lunch & drinks available on the island (card payments accepted)
• Sauna: 4:00 PM
• Dinner: 7:00 PM
• Dancing: 11:00 PM
• Sleep: 2:00 AM—or later if no one stops you 😉
• Breakfast: 9:00 AM
• Free time: 10:00–11:00 AM
• Return boats: 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM
