After years of gaining experience and insights in the tourism industry and understanding the true desires of our guests, we had the idea to make our winter home in Koh Phangan and elevate tourism on the island to a whole new level. For this purpose, we have acquired two amazing properties where we plan to create unique accommodation options.

On the first property, we are building a complex of 9 luxury villas designed for both short- and long-term rentals. On the second property, we are planning an ambitious hotel and resort project that will become a major attraction in the area. Construction began in August 2024, and we expect the first villa complex to be completed by the end of April 2025, after which we will actively start renting out the villas.

Koh Phangan is undeniably a special place, often referred to as the new Bali or even Ibiza. This island is renowned for its contrasting and diverse culture: on one side, a vibrant party scene centered around the world-famous Full Moon and Half Moon parties; on the other, a tranquil spiritual community offering yoga, meditation, and tantra courses. Thanks to this diversity, the small island attracts 3-4 million visitors annually.

Koh Phangan is also Thailand’s spiritual hub, especially in the Haad Yuan and Srithanu areas, where you’ll find numerous yoga and healing centers like The Yoga Retreat, Orion Healing Center, and Ananda Yoga & Detox Center. Here, you can enjoy vinyasa and hatha yoga, meditation, and tantra practices—everything you need to balance your mind and body.
