Estonian Championship in Hobby Horse Riding at Viirelaid on May 31, 2025

It feels like almost everything is in place, but somehow something is missing? That sparkle is gone? Want something new? Maybe it's time to pick up a new hobby or sport? Meet new people? Belong to a group?

But you can't quite figure out what that might be?
No problem – we have exactly what you need. A hobby horse!!!
Wait, what is that?

Simple: we do everything for you, and you can go from zero to hero in a single day. To begin, if you don’t already have a hobby horse – maybe you’ve never thought of it, haven’t found the right stable, and there’s no meadow – then join us for a hobby horse crafting workshop where you can make one for yourself.(Price: 15 eur)

After that, we have training in three categories:

• Sprint – 75 meters
• Obstacle course – 150 meters
• And the final one: dressage.

Afterwards, we relax, chill, have a refreshing drink, and in the evening, the Estonian Hobby Horse Championship race takes place.

Since this is a relatively new activity in Estonia, anyone has the chance to become the Estonian Champion.
In the evening, a mandatory sauna with rituals of anger, a nice dinner, and a dance party.

Transport to the island and back: 26 €
Gastronomic delights and refreshing drinks will be offered by Viirelaiu Island for an additional fee.
