Let’s have another awesame stay with Liis. Last time there was a mega vibe with good music and delicious food.

I probably won’t have to introduce Liis for long. One of the most beautiful people in Estonia does not need it.

Chef Ethan Salami has worked in various restaurants in France, Dubai and England. I will add some of them here:

So what’s going to happen?

It is known that Liis is a great singer and Ethan makes great gourmets. If we put them together, we will have an awesome experience in Viirelaid.

The end of May has always been beautiful and warm weather in Viirelaid. So we make the first walks in nature, be it by the sea, between junipers or somewhere else it will be a surprise at first. However, there are several courses, even more than usual with us. So wait for different and special taste experiences.

Slow baked pumpkin herbed with rosemary, thyme, creamed to silky bite with rich coconut
Topped with fresh broccoli, wild mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, and toasted coconut.

Smoked Salmon Stavanger, Mango chili salmon tartar, goat cheese, applemuss

Spinach Pie
Freshly seared pie crusted in herbed tofu, spinach and oozing with dill cream cheese served with a side of celeriac coleslaw.
Beef Tenderloin, Foie gras
Fillet mignon steak with foie gras, potato medallion, spring asparagus, black pepper sauce, truffle oil.

Lime Yoghurt
Lime yogurt topped with caramelized popcorn, fresh raspberry, strawberries, blueberry, and passion fruit.
